Meet Alain-Martin
After graduating from Hotel Management School in Europe, Alain spent 25 years in ​the upscale hotel, private club and winery management industries. He grew up living between Brussels and the Bordeaux​-St. Emilion area, due to his family’s extensive history in some of the most prestigious wineries of Bordeaux. In 1994 Alain discovered Sonoma County, and was immediately drawn to the stunning beauty and lifestyle, which is so similar to the Southwest of France.
His passion for real estate grew after buying, renovating and selling a dozen homes in the Healdsburg/​Sonoma Country​ area, San Francisco, Palm Springs and ​West Coast of Florida. This experience uniquely positioned him to counsel buyers and sellers in the sale and acquisition of homes, country properties, vineyard estates and wineries all over California.
The key to bringing a buyer and seller together is an extensive contact list. Alain’s network of family, friends and colleagues is vast; if you walk with him across Healdsburg’s town square, you will quickly understand what a presence he has in the region. As a result of this network, Alain is deeply familiar with the intricacies and unique challenges and opportunities of this wonderful region.
