His experience renovating and flipping homes, combined with owning and managing investment properties, gives clients practical insight into design potential, rental strategy, and long-term value.
Prior to real estate, Emmanuel built a 20-year career in communication, including founding his own agency in New York and working with global brands in the beauty, fashion, and design industries.
Born in France and raised in the Middle East, Emmanuel married his husband in NYC. They first lived in NYC moved to Paris and spent the last 6 years in California but couldn’t resist returning to New York. Licensed in California and New York, Emmanuel holds dual citizenship and is fluent in French and English. His multicultural background and his bicoastal experience allow his to connect with and relate to people from a wide range of cultures and perspectives
