Olivier has more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing related to the real estate and luxury sector. He has created bespoke events and campaigns for iconic brands such as Louis Vuitton, Chopard, Dior, Fabergé and DeWitt, etc. After the 2008 crisis, the real estate sector in North America benefited greatly from foreign investment. He has therefore skilfully captured the trend and facilitated transactions between Asian investors and real estate developers. He also weathered the challenging COVID market, constantly finding solutions for real estate sellers and buyers in Manhattan. Olivier has been in Manhattan for over 10 years, serving customers on the Upper West Side, Upper East Side, and downtown. On a daily basis, he meditates and bikes, and in his spare time, he loves skiing on the Canadian slopes or sunbathing on the beautiful beaches of Portugal with his wife Maud.
