Meet Patricia
Patricia Laligant started her Real Estate career in 2009 and her success stems from understanding what her clients want and having the seasoned expertise to attain it. A keen listener and communicator, she takes time to know her sellers and buyers which leads to exemplary results.
Originally from France, Patricia moved to New York in 1997 and fell in love with the Big Apple. First, she lived in an artist loft in Chelsea where she curated some vintage photography exhibitions and then moved to Brooklyn, in Carroll Gardens, where she currently resides with her daughter.
Patricia values her neighborhood’s history and community and has endless enthusiasm when it comes to real estate. Over the past few years, she has established herself as a townhouse expert assisting her clients to sell or to buy their townhouses through hard work, professionalism and integrity. Patricia helps her clients excel in their transaction by sharing vital market information and coaching them through their deal from start to finish with attention, wisdom and humor.
Her area of expertise includes Brooklyn Heights, Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill, Park Slope, Windsor Terrace, Williamsburg, Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Crown Heights and Bedford Stuyvesant. Prior to turning her skills and visual eye to real estate, Patricia worked as an art consultant in Chelsea for 10 years assisting art collectors to build their art collection.
Patricia states: “I am a highly visual person who loves beauty and sees it everywhere in New York and Brooklyn”. Patricia holds a Master degree in Art History from La Sorbonne in Paris and is fluent in French and English.
She enjoys photography, video, movies, biking and gardening. She also practices swimming, yoga, reiki and meditation to bring a good energy to each transaction she is working on.
